Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Aspects
rude room servicelimited surroundings
The room service was quite rude. I asked them to bring water bottles to us. Everything was closed nearby, so I could not buy anything. There are no restaurants or cafes close to the hotel, so I had to eat the hotel breakfast. I did not book breakfast but they charged more than usual. I did not appreciate that since I was staying at the hotel.

the location was convenient, especially its nearness to public transportation options.
i found the room service staff a bit impolite when i requested water bottles. it was late, and there were no open stores nearby to buy anything. also, there aren't restaurants or cafes around the hotel so i felt forced to have the hotel breakfast.

the reception staff was helpful. the room itself was super clean and cozy for my stay. i enjoyed the room view (i was on a higher floor).
the basic coffee in my room was limited to only two sachets each day. i found no dressing robe in the room. the hot tub in the spa felt rather cold .

The room had a very good level of cleanliness. the aircon temperature was comfortable in winter. This was important. staff speak a good level of english and are very helpful. I appreciated this.
The spa was barely functioning. Its receptionist wasn't very cute.
